At Carrdus we recognise that children need to be the owners of their own learning – we give them time to follow their own ideas, make their own choices and thus understand that everything they do has a purpose.
This combined with the small class size and the unique relationship that exists between pupils and staff results in children who can stand on their own two feet. They can work things out and have ideas without seeking reassurance; by the time they are ready to leave they are not afraid of taking on and tackling new challenges.
